How do I get a defective item, ordered on replaced?

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

All products sold at are covered under our 7 Day Replacement/Refund Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement or money back.

In order to get a defective item replaced

Contact us at  within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The defective product will be recalled and a replacement & will be shipped immediately.(you have to ship the item back to us if reverse pickup not available)

How do I cancel an order? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered?

    * If you cancel your order before your product has shipped)

    * If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

(a)If your product has been shipped or if you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only (NO CASH REFUND) in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee above.

(b)If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact us at or call us on +91 9310123131 and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

(c)Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Transit Loss or Damage

Goods Lost in transit or Damaged in transit, will be replaced no extra cost to you. Replacement of Damaged goods will happen after the same has to be returned within 7 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost.

Other Returns

Any other merchandise that’s in new condition including original packaging and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Refund Amounts

Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made. For cash on delivery orders refunds would be provided by cheque / DD in the name of the buyer. Refunds may also be claimed for canceling unshipped items.

How To Return

When you return your item, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
